The title is listed in the table of contents of its publication as Housemaid No. 103 but over the actual story it's simply Housemaid 103.

In the future, when 3-D movies take over from our primitive 2-D films, there's a revolution similar to what happened with the advent of talkies, when many silent film stars were unable to successfully make the transition. The newest big star is a man for whom women swoon worldwide, but he quite publicly states not just disinterest in women, but actual contempt. This only makes women want him more, and in order to escape their attentions, he has to resort to the newest convenience: a robot housekeeper.
